This is a funny and brilliant response to the isolation we all feel right now. It’s a fine spoof of typical road racing commentary, complete with helicopter background noise. Which is something we all miss during this, the season of the Spring Classics.
I’m writing this on March 23, 2020, the same day Ontario announced the shutdown of all non-essential workplaces in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. These are strange times and I’m encouraged a lot of people are managing to find humour in them. I can only hope we are still laughing at this video a year from now.
