Return to Earth is an Anthill Films production, working with Shimano and Trek so the production values are high. But what really elevates this promo for the segment of the film is the riding of these kids from Squamish/Whistler in B.C. Ranging in age from 10 – 15, these kids have mad riding skills, growing up as they have in the Canadian hotbed of freeriding. This segment is called “Time Wisely Spent”. These kids might be young but they no doubt have their 10,000 hours and are worthy of being considered wise old masters of their craft.
The Five Man Electrical Band soundtrack really won me over, though the song came out decades before these kids were born.
